A client had agreed to purchase a property in Spain pending
their retirement abroad.
Their home in South Wales had sufficient equity even taking
into account the fact that they had a mortgage. Easy Bridging
Loans PLC arranged a three month loan
to enable the property in Spain to be purchased, allowing
their house in South Wales to be sold under no pressure
with no rigid time scales for a quick loan.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY:
A Limited company owned a substantial freehold building
in Scotland (we also offer bridging loans and
lend to people in Scotland) which was valued in excess
of £400,000.
The Directors of the company were required to raise an
amount of £250,000 in three days.

application with one day to spare confirming that

AUCTION PURCHASES:

recent example of one of many bridging loans recently

had purchased a commercial property in Chatham.

His conventional lender were unable to provide the finance
for completion.
The client would have forfeited his deposit, but Easy

BORROWERS WITH SERIOUS ADVERSE CREDIT HISTORY:

Another of Easy Bridging Loans PLC's clients had decided
to purchase a property in Brighton. He decided to purchase
the property without receiving planning consent.
We undertook a valuation and were able to advance the
client an initial sum of £250,000.
Once planning consent was forthcoming we further advanced
£100,000 against an increased valuation,
thus delivering another quick loan.
SECOND CHARGE LOANS:

The borrower had built up substantial arrears with his
mortgage company and they were seeking to repossess his
property.
We cleared his building society arrears

realise the true value of his house. We delivered another
